“Where Mental Health Meets Prophetic Courage”
She Got N.E.R.V.E. is a trauma-informed, faith-rooted program of FACE –2– FACE Ministries designed to support women at the intersection of mental health, embodied healing, and prophetic courage.
Grounded in mental-health practice, nervous-system awareness, and prophetic theology, this workshop honors the reality that women often bear pain silently while being praised for resilience. She Got N.E.R.V.E. interrupts that pattern by centering regulation before revelation, embodiment before expectation, and justice before performance.
This is not a space that demands strength without support or faith without honesty. It is a FACE –2– FACE space Rooted in the belief that healing is holy work. A space where women are invited to tell the truth about what they carry, emotionally, spiritually, relationally, and socially, without minimizing pain, spiritualizing harm, or demanding resilience without care, and to discover that healing itself is a prophetic act.
Through guided workshops, reflective practices, and community dialogue, She Got N.E.R.V.E. invites women to tend to their nervous systems, honor their lived experiences, and practice justice that begins within the self and extends outward, sustainably and collectively. This program is especially designed for women in leadership, caregiving, advocacy, and helping professions, as well as women who are simply tired of being strong without being supported.
She got N.E.R.V.E. centers five core movements:

• Reclaiming the Body
• Voicing the Truth
• Enacting Justice
She Got N.E.R.V.E. does not ask women to push through pain. It invites them to heal with courage, clarity, and care.
WHO THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR
• Women navigating trauma, burnout, grief, or moral injury.
• Women whose bodies have carried stories their mouths were never allowed to tell.
• Women seeking healing that does not ask them to leave their faith, or their truth, at the door.
No clinical diagnosis is required. No spiritual expertise is assumed. Presence is enough.
