Consider this question…Are you allowing your voice to be heard clearly? I have learned maintaining a realistic level of communication requires one to intentionally direct focus to the source intended to retain the shared information. Being consumed with a thousand thoughts impact ones ability to communicate effectively. When your desire is for someone to seriously value your words you must be willing to allow yourself to be totally present for the dialogue.
