Consider this question…Are you purpose driven or pride driven? I have learned the possibility to fully operating in ones purpose is contingent upon the actions of self and not others. Pride overshadows purpose and causes unnecessary unrecognizable delays to ones personal desire to operate in purpose. The experiences we believe were intended to fuel us may become the thing causing our delay. Purpose will lead you down roads appearing to be a dead end and through doors that aren’t necessarily appealing; only to end up exactly where the divine has destined you to be all along. Pride will cause you to move full steam ahead with decisions rooted in carnal needs and desires, losing all sight of the divine. Today do yourself a favor and evaluate your actions to determine what’s the real motivation; is pride causing hesitation to your purpose. Have a Blessed Day and I Love You!!!
“The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who live in the clefts of the rocks and make your home on the heights, you who say to yourself, ‘Who can bring me down to the ground?’ Though you soar like the eagle and make your nest among the stars, from there I will bring you down,” declares the Lord.” Obadiah 1:3-4 NIV
