Consider this question…When was the last time you’ve acknowledged your brokenness? I have learned unacknowledged hurt can never result in healing. You may not realize it but, it takes less energy to face the pain and work on it than it does to avoid pain and just try to silently live with it. When one desires wholeness one must be willing to face the pain and choose to endure through the healing process. The moment you decide to acknowledge the broken places will become the moment you begin making steps towards developing into the new you. A true desire for healing requires one to embrace the reality that what was may never be again. Pain does not have to exclude you from living a fulfilling life. Today do yourself a favor and face the thing you’ve worked so hard to suppress. Have a Blessed Day and I Love You!!!
“The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; he protects all his bones, not one of them will be broken.”Psalm 34:17-20 NIV
